Our Week

Hello!

Finally! Finally! A beautiful spring day! It's sunny AND warm. For those of you not in Utah, lately the weather is either gray and not really warm but not freezing or sunny and freezing and it's usually windy and there's still the weekly snowstorm! Ahhhh, but today it's nice! I hope it sticks around!


We had a pretty uneventful week but one neat thing we got to do was go to school with Parker. They had Kaleidascope day and parents were able to come with and see some of the things they work on during the day and have lunch in the cafeteria! This was real exciting for the kids and a chance to familiarize themselves with the routine since they'll be eating lunch there next year - yikes! Parker just seemed so little carrying that great big lunch tray! He's really looking forward to it and although chicken nuggets are at the top of his list, we now know he's not crazy about the school's version!

Unfortunately, siblings couldn't attend so Anna got to spend time with one of her favorite friends Kate.

A sprained foot, our dog's surgery, soccer, Parker back on track! We had a busy week!

Here are some highlights...

Parker's back on track - it's amazing how fast three weeks can go by! After school on Monday we went to the park. This winter has been so long and it just won't release it's grip so Spring can take over but occasionally we have nice days and Monday was one of them. We also went to skate night for Parker's school. Parker just rode his scooter and Anna rollerskated, then scooter, then rollerskates, then scooter. She is getting pretty good on her skates though, it's just a lot of effort to get them and all of her safety gear on and off and on and off...

Parker had his first soccer game! He did great and scored a goal! He's very good and Anna likes to be cheerleader for her big brother!

Aaron sprained his ankle playing basketball and our dog had surgery so I got to take care of two patients but they are both doing better now!

That's pretty much our update for the week! We hope everyone has a great week!

Hello! This is my new thing to keep everybody posted about our little family.

This was Parker's last week off track. We had high hopes of picnics and maybe a trip to the zoo but unfortunately the weather just didn't cooperate. We did get to spend some time with cousins though which was fun. Some were here all the way from Virginia. It was good spending time with them.

Anna was glad to have Parker home and I'm sure she's going to have a hard time when Parker goes to school all day.

Aaron's work is picking up and as for me, I'm anxiously waiting for the new The Office (yay!). We're pretty lame, I guess.

Well, I am new at this so I don't really know what else to write. We just hope everyone is doing well!
